I purchased this futon to put in my home office. I just needed something comfortable enough to occasionally relax and watch tv or maybe take a quick nap. This futon has exceeded expectations! The gray fabric and silver trim look great and I have no doubt that it will be durable. I was thinking of getting the leather futon at first until I read the reviews. I think I made the right choice. Although it would be fine for short naps, I think I personally would put something on top if I were to sleep on it overnight (or for guests). It was super easy to assemble - it took about 10 minutes. For the price and my needs, I am satisfied with this purchase and would recommend this product to others.
Had this for 2 months and were happy with it. The in laws slept on it together but theres not a ton of room when you have 2 people on it. Id recommend getting the chaise to make it a queen size. Its a firm sleeper which is great for support. Would love arms incorporated to the design but you cant have everything
this couch was a real pain to put together. if you have different wrenches, or better yet, a deep socket wrench, it will make assembly a breeze. The little tools they included made this assembly a real pain in the butt. However, once together, this thing is a beauty! It looks a lot nicer than what you are paying and its not the softest couch, but I find no problem getting comfortable on it. If you like a firm mattress, youll probably be ok with this couch. I have slept on it as a futon once and it was not bad at all - definitely worth it!
I did find a small rip where the futon folds, that was not caused by me trying to open the package btw. Besides that I like the futon so far. It fits perfectly in my computer room
To be honest I was hesitant on buying a couch/futon. Since the only futon Ive ever had wasnt the best, I had bought it from Target. However. I bought this and received it in less than 3 days. I was able to set it up within 10 minutes. It was easy. Ive used it as a couch, its cheaper and does the job! Its not as comfy as a couch, but for someone whos starting from fresh wth a new spot it does the job. Ive laid down on it and its comfy. So yes. If youre looking for a futon thatll suit and fit as a couch/bed this does the job. I wish I bought the lounger one! But thats what a Coffee table can do! So dont hesitate. Its a good buy!
This has the look of a much more expensive couch. Its great to sleep on, too, if you like a firm mattress. We had guests sleep on it for three weeks while visiting and heard great things. Again, its a VERY firm mattress, so if you like something softer for a sofa bed, then you probably want to look elsewhere. If not, you cant really beat this price.

It was easy to put together, I think it took us about 10-15 mins tops. We used it as a guest bed for company recently (one person) and he said it was very comfortable. Seems sturdy enough and the cost was great. Now using it as a cute couch for the office. Would buy again.

New Start; couch/bed!
