I revived the bed faster then expected, that was great. The instructions were easy to understand. Also great. Didnt take long at all and everything fit as it should and very sturdy. Im extremely happy with my purchase.
Some of the wood was chipped and broken. Lets be honest who is going to repack these boxes and ship it back at my own expense to resolve it? But thats the chance you take ordering online I guess. Im going to have to custom fix it myself because its making a horrible squeaking noise after just 3 days of use. Loud enough to wake you up at night so Im back in my old bed until I figure out how to fix that.
I was nervous ordering with the negative comments but it went together perfectly! If you are not a detailed person DO NOT put this together. You can easily make pieces not fit if you dont follow the instructions. iF you do follow them, everything goes together like a glove. It also helps to loosely tighten screws until the end and also using a drill with an Allen wrench connector makes it easier. I dont like the skinny slats for my nectar mattress. I will probably get three pieces of wood, going from headboard to foot on each side and the middle and use my wooden base slats I bought from nectar hopefully the bed will stay sturdy!
Bought a queen size years ago and was so glad to see this company is still selling their wood bed frames. The twin is just as sturdy as my old queen bed frame. These are all wood and NO SQUEAKS from tossing an turning. Cannot not say enough about this well crafted bed frame and simply like the fact its WOOD! You cant go wrong purchasing one of these, as they will last years and years.
