Package arrived without any major dings on the box, thanks delivery guy! Setup instructions are easy to read and follow. Looks like good quality wood and after inspection all pieces looked great. Am looking forward to finishing putting this together so I can finally have a decent bed to sleep on.

you to retighten these awkward positioned screws.But it looks nice.

I like that everything is numbered. You just match up the pieces labeled 1 and insert screws, bolts etc. I also like that there are receivers screwed into the wood. So instead of screwing wood screws into a piece of furniture, you are screwing a bolt into a piece. Its much sturdier. Looks great / ended up buying a second one.
This bed frame was just as expected. I soon realized after reading several reviews of different frames that some can be nit picked to death. This frame is sturdy, can be assembled by one smart person, and holds the mattress and its person with no issues. The headboard footboard are an added plus and nice looking.
Unit is fairly easy to assemble. Very sturdy. Headboard needs to be about 6 longer so no gap top of matterss bottom of headboard, arm falls through while sleeping. Middle support leg will break your toe if you kick it in the dark OUCH !
Warning, A support leg in center ( between and and foot ) is flush with the outside edge of the bed right where some people ( like my wife) steps. It is very easy to seriously stump a toe.
With that out of the way, most of the bed is very easy to put together. Suggest getting a bit driver for this as it has many long hex bolts. There are about 18 slats that must be put in and then nudged to on side so a rubber grommet can be inserted in the hole to prevent the slat from coming out. I do not suggest this for people who move often as it needs a lot of disassembly. If you do not move much this is an excellent very sturdy bed.

We havent had this bad for long, but I have to say it seems very well/made and quite immovable and we assume it will last a good while.
