Buyer beware. The company that shipped these couches will not let you return it unless you pay for shipping. Shipping is around four to $500 as each box is 48 pounds. So as advertised free returns there are no free returns. The couch is very small especially for how much theyre charging. The fabric is nice and the idea of the sofa itself is great but this is probably a $600 couch not a $1300 couch. Also if they send you the wrong couch they will not take the old couch back and send you the right one. They will make you keep the couch and say sorry for the inconvenience.
UPDATE JUNE 2022. I noticed that after 5 months of having the couch I was missing the pieces that attach the backs of the couch to the cushion ( I realized after I finally used all the pieces to make one big L shape couch). I contacted customer services and they were SO easy to talk to and sent me missing pieces and then a few extra to be safe!! Honestly, I can't wait to refurnish the upstairs because I will be buying another couch from them for sure!!

When I saw there was a few bad reviews on the couch about quality, comfort and material not being as good, I was definitely put off. But after looking other places, I couldn't find other companies that had the look THIS had and what I was ultimately looking for.
There are many positives to this couch and I'm glad I stuck with it
- it can rearrange quickly and easily
- its easy to clean if you have an attachment for a vacuum to use!
- it has good quality comfort. We don't feel like we are sinking and its good support. (we rotate the cushions we sit on every month to limit the wear and tear)
- it has great storage ( and when you add blankets to the cushions you sit on more, it does help keep the foam raised up)
- it is great for small spaces and accommodates 6 ppl ( 4 is more comfortable if you like extra space)
- its color scheme is all even and not mix-matched
- when broken into 2 couches or 2 couches and an ottoman it works wonders!
RECCOMEND:
- let the couch sit out 48-72 hours before sitting on cushions. the packaging came tight and we let them reform before sitting on them !!!
The sofa is modular, which is nice, but because of the compact modules, it is not very comfortable when you try to sleep on it. It hurts your back, and it is so expensive.
I love the modular design and the ease with which you can arrange it any way you want. The fabric seems just fine even though some other people complained. One ottoman came with a wobbly back and the composite replacing the ottoman. I will be buying a love seat from them
We were hesitant to order online, but glad we did, it is soft and beautiful. I put it together myself in less than 20 minutes.
Thanks to the driver / delivery company for bring it to our door steps upstairs without any complaints.

We were excited to purchase the blue/grey sofa, though this was our first furniture purchase on , so we were nervous that the product might look differently than in the picture. However, we thought the return policy suggested that we had 30 days to return the product if we were not happy with it. So, we decided to order.
Our sofa arrive quite quickly, which we were happy about. Unfortunately, the color was not as expected (it reminds me of denim, rather than a smooth blue/grey color). We kept everything neatly packaged and submitted a return. The seller approved our return request and send a return label. However, we only received one label, which says there is 1 package, but there are 7 boxes in this order. The return slip also requires us to pay shipping costs to return the sofa even though the seller's note says to contact them if we have not received a pre-paid label. I contacted the seller, and they said it was my responsibility to pay return shipping even though that was never advertised anywhere before purchasing the product. We would never have purchased something this heavy and expensive if we had understood we wouldn't be able to return it for a full refund if we were not satisfied. In addition, the seller has not responded to my concern about the return labels and the fact that I have only received one label for one box. Thus, even if I were willing to pay shipping, I still couldn't since I don't have an accurate return label and slip.
It looks like many buyers are satisfied with the sofa and color, which is great. But if you have any thoughts that you might want to return it for any reason, I do not recommend working with this seller.
I got the bluish grey 7 seater, pretty color just as pictured. The soft backs will not last forever but the function and beauty of this couch will last. I have 2 kids, a baby on the way and their Dad and this is perfect. I am going to be ordering 2 more soft backs so all of the ottomans have backs. My estimate like another reviewer is they'll last 3 years and we will just order new ones when they give out. I love they have that option!!!
Missing 4 ottoman legs for one ottoman (seat) and we just realized 2 days ago bc we had not put the couch together yet during our hectic move but I have messaged the seller. We had the ottomans set up how we wanted but didn't assemble the backs and legs and it was fully functional just a little lower.
Not all of the tracking numbers are listed so don't freak out like I did, I messaged the seller and they got me those numbers and told me when to expect it. Great customer service from them so I am not freaking out about the legs, I know they'll get back to me in the next few days.

All the parts didnt come. We dont have a full couch.
