    Unstable base design

The base of the trampoline is unstable and prone to tipping, especially during vigorous bouncing

    Ndoor use challenges

The product claims to be suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, but I found it impractical for indoor spaces like kindergartens

    Junk dont buy!!

If I could give zero stars I would do the amount of money I paid for this thing the plastic clip broke immediately on the surround and that was with two small kids jumping on it put the whole thing up to realize that it was never going to withstand adults or teenagers on it if it broke up with two small children on it

    Unreliable stitching on safety net

The stitching on the safety net is poorly done, and after minimal use, we observed threads coming loose. This compromises the structural integrity of the net and diminishes its ability to provide a secure enclosure. A more robust stitching method should be employed for a product of this nature.

    Poor customer service

Nothing is wrong with the trampoline but forget it if you need customer service. We need a replacement part and no one will contact us back. Very frustrating when you spend so much money on something.

    Disappointed

I would give the trampoline better rating but I can’t even put it together because it’s missing a piece. I’m really disappointed because this trampoline is pretty pricey. Now I have have to figure out how to get the piece delivered without having to take the whole trampoline apart again.

    Look elsewhere!!

Don’t even buy!!! Had it less than a year set up and it’s completely broken! The net on the basketball broke, the netting ripped and even the poles are coming down.

    Not worth the money.

The safety mat does not fit securely around the trampoline and it is very thin. I am disappointed with the safety mat

    Flimsy safety enclosure

The 6FT enclosure net, advertised as a safety feature, turned out to be disappointingly flimsy. It sags easily, and the material feels cheap. I have serious concerns about its effectiveness in keeping kids safe while jumping, especially younger ones who might be tempted to lean against it.

The advertised waterproof mat is a joke

After a light rain, the trampoline mat absorbed water like a sponge, making it completely unusable for an extended period. It's a shame that it doesn't live up to its promised water-resistant features.
