    SAFETY FIRST!

I looked at many different models before I chose this one! The curved poles were what sold me! Little chance of the kiddos bumping their coconuts since the poles are a few feet away from the saftey net.

    Nice product

I liked the trampoline and my 3 yo loved it. I just didnt really liked how the safety net connects. Maybe we are doing something wrong, but it was really hard to connect it and some would pop it out.

    Great Option

    Easy to assemble. Great quality.

    Great product for price point.

Trampoline has great bounce besides the upper net is all fairly straight forward easy assembling. Upon assembly did have up net tear out while trying to weave and tie to spring eyelets. Net still hold but has me concerned with longevity of safety net if it tears that easily during assembly. Ladder work good but plastic step have a lot of flex with 190lbs person and thinking of best way to make better connection to trampoline with ladder and not just hooks.

Safe and Affordable, but Frustrating To Assemble the Netting

I bought this trampoline to replace a Skywalker trampoline I bought a few years ago that rusted and fell apart. The kids love it, compared to the safety hard that was in the yard previously. They say its not as bouncy as the previous one, but I told them it will probably get there in time, given the age. Although I had only two issues during assembly, these issues took an additional three hours to correct. The issues could be easily addressed by the manufacturer, which hopefully they do. One of the washers I received did not have a hole punched through it, requiring me to drill it out myself. Thankfully I did have a drill, though the curved shape made it very challenging. This could have been avoided had the manufacturer included one extra of each hardware piece. The other issue, which took me over two hours to get past, was the vague instructions surrounding the attachment of the netting. The upper portion of the netting took quite some time to put together, but only because it requires quite a bit of upper body strength. It was the bottom part that I really struggled with. To attach the bottom netting, you have to weave a rope though holes that line the bottom of the netting, and every few holes go through the hook where the spring attaches. The problem is, they do not tell you how often you should do it, leading me to either have too much slack after going 360 degrees around, or not enough slack, and have to undo it all and start over. This could have been avoided if the manufacturer had either marked the holes that then attach to the spring; or just used grommets through canvas at the bottom of the netting which align with the springs, and attach through those. By the way, I counted the holes in the netting and the springs to calculate how often to attach to the spring // the answer is every 3.5 holes. So youll have to do: three holes, attach, 4 holes, attach, and repeat. Not exactly foolproof instructions. Mind you, the part of the instructions detailing the attachment of the netting is barely one page, with only two or three sentences detailing the vague steps. Had they corrected these two oversights, I would give five stars. Being a person who assembled RTA furniture for five years and still struggling with this, Im deducting one for all of the people I know will spend an entire day with these two issues. That being said, definitely not the worst thing Ive put together by far, just as long as you know the pattern for the netting in advance.

Good bounce; safety net doesnt close

I bough this black 12 straight from their website to replace a 4 year old 12 Giantex that rusted really bad on the bottom of the legs. We planned to replace it at the end of the summer but then the mesh snapped at the base of a spring on day 2 of summer break so we had to replace it sooner. I have sensory needs kids so a trampoline is a must have/ and one with a higher weight limit (kids grow!). I picked this brand also for its powder painted legs to hopefully protect it better from the wet ground both in the summer from sprinklers and winter in the snow. Delivery: The new one came in 1 box which was super wrapped and secured. And heavy. No issues with missing parts which was a relief. Assembly: We build this over 2 days to avoid the hottest part of the day. It gets real hot here. The first day I had help. We got the legs, ladder, and bounce pad assembled and kiddos (and adults) got to test it out. Super bouncy compared to our last one! The pad over the springs is thicker and big enough to cover all the parts from the sun. One adult weighs around 265 pounds and no concern other than his butt getting a little close to the ground a few times. Day 2 I had to assemble the rest alone: the safety net and poles. It was the toughest part. The T connector at the top that connects the fiber glass poles around the top of the safety net was a trick. Im afraid of heights so I assembled it on the ground and then connected the top half of the curved poles to the bottom half. This took a lot of muscle. And one fiber glass pole kept popping out of the t connector. I almost gave up but came back out in the evening and eventually got it. The net stringing took some time to figure out but was easy once I got the pattern down. It tangled often which was frustrating. Then the last section (split into 8 sections) was when the string really needed to be pulled tight. Some of the mesh ripped from being stretched far and now the bottom safety clip wont reach to clip and the zipper wont close all the way (see photo). I even let it sit first in the bling sun all day in hopes to stretch it some. This leaves a bit of a safety gap. Hopefully itll stretch somewhat and close that gap. The netting also pulls the inside of the spring pad cover up a bit and exposes the bounce mat where it connects to the springs to the elements. I hope this wont lessen its integrity like what happened to our old trampoline. Only time will tell I guess. The assembly aside, kids (and adults) love it. Ive had 2 kids totaling 270 pounds so far and felt safe with them jumping together. Im sure, eventually there will be at least another friend joining too. It has an incredible, soft bounce and its super quiet and sturdy, albeit this is only days 1 and 2. We hope it lasts through our dry, hot summers and cold snowy winters for many years. We also get high wind gusts so I do have a stake for it from the old trampoline for a piece of mind. This trampoline did not come with stakes so if wind is an issue where you are, Id suggest getting anchors. Also to note: the black spring padding gets very hot in the sun (not sure if other colors do too). Kids arent on it much/ only to crawl in and out of the trampoline but its worth noting.

    Deserves a good review

This is the first trampoline we bought so have no comparison however we are pleased with the quality. The materials are sturdy and the look is appealing. It was very easy to assemble.

    Two People Can Easily Assemble

The most tedious part of assembling this trampoline was weaving the bottom of the net to the trampoline base.

    Good but has defects

Overall, we like it but the trampoline itself is picked at and getting worse already. Depending on severity, might return it soon. Update: was sent a replacement mat and good to go. Great customer service. Updated to 5 stars
