I dont know if it was because of UPS or the factory, but the underside if the couch is damaged. the couch is still usable. the video shows sticky for the cushions and after having used the couch, I like that the cushions are not attached
I love this couch! It came in 3 big boxes, heavy for one person to carry. I assembled it myself and it was very easy. The only hard part about assembly by yourself is lifting the couch while trying to hook it into the metal pieces. I love how beautiful and soft it is. Also, the chaise is reversible and the couch can be turned into a bed quickly and easily!
For a cheap sofa it is actually very comfortable. Im 61 and would like the seat to be a little deeper but it is long enough for me to lie down without needing to bend my legs.
Perfect for a very small space BUT: the color dark grey def has something like a blue hue, which truly bummed me out because it doesnt match the room the way I had hoped/expected. Also, where the two main pieces connect together, one side ended up about 1 lower than the other. Its perfectly sturdy, just sits lower, but mostly hidden by back pillows. I will
Also say, if just barely fits me, a v small woman my husband needs to remove a back pillow and use a smaller thinner one to be able to sit back and relax. I do not think this was worth what we paid for it. But too much of a hassle to return. It is prob the only couch that would fit our space though so ♀?
I love the color of the sofa! I got this little gem for my travel trailer. Its a beautiful color easy to put together, and I love it can be turned into a bed. Now with that being said it is a very stiff couch. I have tons of pillows on it to make it more soft. Now the material is gorgeous and very soft and velvety. I spent countless hours looking online for a couch and I think this was a good one. My wife does not like it she thinks its too hard. So if you dont like a very firm couch this would not be your couch.
This furniture is like sitting on a concrete slab. It is so hard it is uncomfortable. The company will accept the return, but only if I pay for shipping. You need to update the description to tell the interested parties just how uncomfortable it is. You are on my do no buy from list for any future purchases. You suck as a vendor.

Great little sofa for the price

If youre into tall backs this isnt the one but its decent for the price my favorite part is being able to move the ottoman.
