It comes in a gigantic box. My husband and I had to unload the box in the lobby of our apartment building and bring it up in several different elevator trips. Super easy to put together.

I love the style of the chair itself. Super easy to put together but the color was not near as dark in person as it was in the picture. Definitely more of a heather grey than a charcoal. I sent it back and ended up ordering the same chair in a different color.
Fantastic color its more Emerald than Forest green but I like it. Easy to put together I did it by myself. It is firm but I like firm furniture definitely comfortable to nap on.
