Excellent space utilization
This loft bed has made such a difference in our small bedroom. It's amazing how much space it has freed up for other activities.
Quick and easy assembly
I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to assemble this bed. The instructions were clear, and all the parts were labeled well.

The bed wobbles and shakes with the slightest movement. It feels unsafe, especially for a loft bed.But my kids quite like it, so it’s okay. . .

The description said "high loft bed for kids, teens, and adults," but it's really more suitable for small children. Not what I expected at all.
Slow delivery, disappointing product
The delivery took ages, and when the bed finally arrived, the packaging was all torn up. Not a great start!
Unresponsive customer service, no help
Tried reaching out about the issues, but customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive. Terrible experience overall.I don't like it very much, so I'll give it a 2. .
