twin bed frame load capacity is less

Pros 1. easy to assemble and properly labeled and have extra spare. comes with tools necessary. 2. goes under by existing bed, so does not occupy extra space which is cool cons 1. 250 pounds only!! so still handle with extra care. no kids jumping on the bed, and also no rough use. had a very delayed delivery (all covid/Holiday season). but I must say customer care is awesome. very polite they offer gift cards. later I got two products delivered of which one I returned immediately. I will give you more update later after using for two /three months. as of now very rarely used. Dont want to handle badly.

Does what I want, some issues

Goods: / More room under bed. I stuck my own desk under it. / Four stars because it does what I expect it to do, despite what I dislike. Bads: / Kind of wobbly, not exactly sure if thats my fault or not / One part was bent wrong and I had to bend it back with some tools / Ladder rungs are worrying to step onto since theyre round and have no grip, meaning youre more likely to slip. / No clearance for where the ladders reach the top railing, you have to climb over the rail. / Since the whole frame is made of metal, Im worried that if I wake up and my house is on fire I wont be able to get out of bed safely.

    Great quality, sturdy bed.

Wonderful loft bed. I bought for my six/year/old and it is sturdy when she climbs up and when shes in the bed. She absolutely loves it as well. Went together fairly easily, I was able to do most of it on my own but did need a second adult to help towards the end. We have a full bed on a separate metal frame underneath and there is plenty of room for an adult to sit up on the bed, so there is plenty of space. She is also low enough to to be able to sit up in the bed without being too close to the ceiling. Overall, extremely happy with this purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for this style of bed.

    Hard to get down from

Other than it being hard for my 6 year old to get down from, its pretty cool. Not hard to put together, took like 2 hours cause we took a break but it really wasnt complicated. Its just hard for him to climb over the top and reach the first step to get down, maybe hes not tall enough lol I failed to realize it didnt have the opening at the ends for easy entering/exiting the bed so that sucks. The instructions werent horrible but we were missing one washer. Luckily my boyfriend had a ton of extras in his tool box from previous projects so we were okay.

    A KING SIZE FITS!!

So we had to downsize and I ended up having to share a room with my 12 year old daughter and she was soooo adamant that she wanted her own bed. I found this loft bed and it was perfect I was able to give her her own space while still being able to keep my king bed Yes a KING SIZE BED fits

    BE AWARE!

Be aware that there were fiberglass particles all inside the packaging. You almost couldnt see them unless you lean in and study the inside cardboard. Otherwise its a good sturdy product.
