Arrived in perfect condition in a HUGE box as only the feet needed to be attached. Box contained a sheet with a contact number in case of any problems. That was very considerate of the company.

I have placed it under the window in my bedroom for extra storage for clothes and blankets.

The tufted storage ottoman came carefully packaged and was super easy to set up. Just screw in the 4 legs and done! Its GORGEOUS to boot. An aming buy!! If you are thinking about it, just get it The light gray is simply stunning in a neutral color setting. Looks aming in our living room!
