Product is goodif they learn how to store and ship it properly. Sadly they dont. We ordered a white one and a brown one. Both boxes came to us after having gone through some type of war. Parts were scratched or cracked. We decided to keep it since it was still a good value. Beds are sturdy. Instructions are mostly understandable.
