First thing to note: if you have an issue with the product- CONTACT THE PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE LOCATED ON THE PRODUCT TAG. One of the arms of the chair had a sewing error where the machine had slipped and left a hole in the seam. After a single phone call and a few emails to get all of my information squared away, I had a brand new arm shipped OVERNIGHT to my home, at no extra cost to me! Now for the rest: The chair feels firm, which is what I wanted for a reading chair. The cushions are easy to remove and clean, and both cushions have easy access zippers for re-stuffing in the future. A great purchase, and Im currently looking at their other furniture pieces to fill out the rest of the room.
Great looking chair but received no legs or hardware. Beleeze was very generous to correct the error to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them. Chair is well built and color is exactly as pictured.
I got the fake leather chair and it feels very durable and good quality. The chair is pretty low, so it might not be ideal for taller folks. Its small size makes it perfect to use it in a bedroom or a small living room. The assembly wasnt nearly as bad as what others say. It is quite heavy though.
I like this chair a lot to say but size is great for me Im 6 foot to 250 pounds. Cant sit out for more than an hour because your ass starts to feel the wood.
