Love this set but I havent even had it a year and the wicker on the side of the chair is unraveling. Any suggestions on how to fix this? I doubt the company will replace it.
No instructions or diagrams included at all, took a bit to figure it out how the chairs assemble and some of the tabs that line up the seat and the back broke off. Still got it put together and the chairs seem ok. The table easily assembled. You sit a bit lower than I expected.
Were in the process of re-imaging our upper and lower decks. Though still chilly in MN, I love to be outside and today to enjoy my new swivel rocker! Delightful! Illustrations on assembly were a bit incomplete - use the video. A few years ago I bought a similiar set for my riverfront in WI from JCP - this set lacks the quality of my JCP purchase. All in all, I think it will work out.
This is not the usual East Asian slipshod junk. As usual start all of the bolts before tightening any. The instructions indicate bolt tightness with the symbol rm which is unusual in the US. Also, I assembled the first chair according to the instructions. Assembly was ok. The second chair I put the back on first and assembly was much easier. We are very satisfied with this patio set.
Beautiful chairs and table, exactly what I thought they would look like. Very sturdy, well made and easy to assemble. I have just finished setting them up and have left the plastic on the cushions for now. Would definitely recommend.
