however watch out the depth of seat and comfort is not the same as other patio furniture
This product arrived earlier than expected and was relatively easy to assemble. The only problem I had with it was the fact that the wicker on the back of both sofas was crooked. It sloped upward and looked really bad from behind. If I had been able to put it in a location that the back didn't show, I probably might have kept it. Since I couldn't and the back would be seen on my pool deck, I chose to return. If you were putting it on a deck and it backed up to a wall it might have been ok. I did have a bit of difficulty communicating and getting resolution as the company wanted to issue a partial refund and have me keep the furniture. Ultimately they agreed to a full refund, and had FedEx pick up the 3 heavy boxes from my home so I didn't have to take them in. They seemed willing to work to remedy the situation, it just took a little time.
I did a lot of reading of the customer reviews on the 10 piece Patio Set before settling on making the purchase. I did have a couple of questions regarding the product upon arrival and received exceptional customer service. I have had the patio set for a few weeks now and my kids and I have thoroughly enjoyed our evenings together in our back yard playing games on the table or simply sitting together making happy memories.
It was easy to assemble but it took a long time... lots of bolts and only 1 Allen wrench. It looks great on my patio. However, the table was slightly damaged (broken weave). I dont think it was from shipping as the box was in tact.
I really like the style of this outdoor sectional; however, it is small and the seats are not very wide. It is not to comfy I think you get what you pay for, but I probably would have saved a little more money and invested in something better. Just my opinion.
We just got this set, assembly was somewhat easy but also difficult because they give you an allen wrench but the screw holes are next to the wicker material and you can only do about a quarter turn with the allan wrench. I ended up cutting the L piece off the allan wrench and then putting the straight piece in my cordless drill.
Comfort: I am 62 my wife is 59 the seat part of benches are kinda narrow for us, the ottomans make this better.
Is give 3.5 stars overall if I could.

The furniture definitely took a lot longer than expected to assemble, but feels very sturdy after assembly. The cushions were very thin and will get dirty very easily. A couple of our cushions already had dirt marks on them just from unpacking them and putting them on the furniture. We ended up buying other cushions which added to the total expense for this purchase. However, it looks very nice and we are very excited to use it.

Overall a good sectional and the table is nice. The zippers on the cushions are very cheap and 3 will not zip as you can see.
