Love Love Love my new chairs! Some reviews mentioned an odor, but I had none of that. Assembly was also easy - not sure what some reviewers were referring to saying the assembly complicated? If you can use an allen wrench, it takes less than 10 mins per chair. I did remove the pouch inside the bottom of the chair that contains moth balls for protection of the product during storage/shipping. The only complaint, and it is minor, is that the chairs are a bit firm. But I prefer that because it keeps the material from sagging with prolonged use. Besides, these are at my dinner table - so not like we sit in them for long periods of time.
LOOK NO FURTHER! I bought 8, lightening speed delivery. Neatly packaged with simple instructions and tools included!!! The chairs are superb quality. Impeccable. I saw same if not similiar chairs at a local store, they wanted $699 per chair!!! Insane. I'm glad I saw these. Planning to buy 2 more possible!!! Please see photos. I'm in love!!!
Poorly made. One of the legs cracked and broke after a few days of use. I purchased 3 sets of 2, I decided to return all of them and while taking legs off, noticed two legs were also cracked. Will not order these again

Not that good
Easy to stain. After a couple months of use it becomes dirty and seems no way to wash.
