The picture made it seem like the headboard itself is pretty tall, but its actually not as tall. The headboard from the ground to the top is about 3.5 ft. With my mattress and pillows, you see like 6 of the headboard and my pillows are laying flat. Its sturdy, nice, and easy to install. Just wished it came up higher.
Not as quick to assemble as I had hoped, but the color is exactly what I was expecting. Bed sits lower than I had anticipated, so I will likely add a low profile box spring.
Instructions say dont tighten bolts until totally assembled. Kind of a pain to go back and retighten. I understand why but thats my only complaint. Overall very pleased! Bed sits low to the ground, dont have to why about falling out of bed!

It is a Yellow-Green color- not cream or linen.
The color is a yellow/ green and clashes with everything in my room. I waited too long before I opened it and now I am stuck with it.
