I purchase this bed one year ago. Friend assembled it with relative ease. I dud nit need the trundle. I like it high with a mattress and box spring, though the box spring is not necessary. I use steps because of the height. I achieved the elegant look that I desired with this queen size (hard to find) daybed. Makes my room look so much larger with more usable space for a sitting area. I love it.
I have a 6 year old and a 2 year old granddaughter. Great for them when they sleep over.
It's easy to assemble but a little time consuming because of all the slats. It is very sturdy and looks great when assembled!
Very squeaky all over! does not hold weight well. I'm 230 pounds and the bars kept popping out from under my mattress while sleeping on the top bunk. I believe it's truly a kid bed. My 4 year old daughter(45 pounds) sleeps on it now and there's not as much squeak It's beautiful, saves space in my shared room. Since the top can't hold my weight I sleep on the trundle. Color is great! Easy to assemble.
Sturdiness is terrible.... I've had 7 months and I'm currently shopping for a new one because this one has broken..... One of the legs has come off and the middle beam is bent... As far as looks and assembly it's cute as hell and super easy to put together with help.
My daughter received this bed as a gift. A year and a half later, the metal frame buckled. Since it's out of warranty, I will have to pay $60ish for the replacement piece, which of course is not the same color as the bed, because it's out of stock. There is no guarantee on the replacement part, so it could happen again. For the price, I would have thought the bedframe would've lasted longer.

Easy to install
Overall my daughter loved the bed. I just didn't like those round balls at the corner of the bed where not so even and the bed is a lil flimsy.
Love for my granddaughter's room

Very squeaky, not for 200 lbs

Great for kids who are close.
This was so perfect for my two daughters. They want to be close but not in the same bed and this is by far the best decision.
Love the Day Bed
Easy instalation, perfect for are guest bedroom.
Great bed for the money
Instructions are easy to follow. Great news for the price
Good kids bed.
The balls on the frame are not sturdy. The rest is. Worth the money.
Cute if not used often
