Customer service was great, they sent out a new leg promptly, even though all I needed were 2 missing nuts. They were easy to assemble and comfortable. As far as for sturdiness I would not suggest for any one over weight.
I ordered two of these chairs and I was surprised when I recieved them before the estimated arrival date. Some really good engineering went into the packaging. The assembly was simple and they even included the allen wrench you need. The finish is very nice and the padded chair seats are perfect. I highly recommend these East-West Furniture products.
These are beautiful chairs! I bought 6 for round pine dining table. They are perfect. Sturdy, comfy, fabric is a nice linen like on cushions, love the finishan aged look. Very French country! My two grandsons assembled for me. They said after they finished the first one, the process moved faster.
