One of the chairs has a crack in it so it doesnt keep one of legs on. The seller said theyd take it back but I have to pay return shipping or theyd send a replacement part. I feel unsafe now using these chairs so I want to return them. I went to UPS and was told it will cost $119 to ship it which is more than half the total price. Im waiting to hear back from the seller as I asked them tob send me a free shipping label to return the defective merchandise.

We had an issue with the first chairs we received. They were extremely responsive and corrected the issue right away. Received new chairs in a very timely manner and they are perfect! I highly recommend this company. The chairs are gorgeous and great quality.
Beautiful chairs. They are a good fit for my console/breakfast table. I had picked out the havalance console table by Ashley furniture that converts to a dinner table. I needed a smaller size table and chairs for my breakfast area. Super easy to put together, just screw on the legs and the floor protecters. The only complaint would be that one chair had some damage to the front bottom seat. It isn't too noticeable but it was shipped that way (see picture). I am otherwise very happy with the chairs.
I was first sent an end table and not the chairs, i reached out to customer support and they sent out the correct item. Once revived it was very easy to put together, took about 30 minutes. Overall great chairs

Very happy with these chairs. Delivery was fast, easy to put together, product good quality and they look great! Had a stain on one of the seat backs upon delivery. resolved the situation right away without issue. Would not hesitate to reorder again.
Beautiful chairs and an affordable price, we needed alot, 12. Assembly was tough by hand and not all pieces fit easily or cut straight. My husband used his power tools and that made it easier. A couple of the chaira are wobbly but overall happy with this purchase. We use the chairs everyday, with a family of 8, so far they have held up these few months we had them and wipe clean easily.
