Extremely difficult to assemble. Some pieces come with the wooden dowels in them and dont fit. Every slat has to be assembled. Instructions are very poor. Stairs dont actually add much storage at all as nothing fits on the shelves. VERY wobbly. Definitely need a bunkie board as slats are wayyy too far apart. Horrible quality honestly only worth about $100. Absolutely hate it but Im not taking the 500 bolts out to return.
I am very happy with this purchase! It was a Christmas gift for my 3yo as she transitioned to a big girl bed. It was super easy to assemble alone (with small child underfoot and being 34 weeks pregnant to boot!). The instructions are very clear, but I recommend separating and labeling the hardware because even though the instructions have which to use clearly labeled, some are smaller/bigger versions of the same thing and you dont want to waste time figuring it out in the middle of the build.
Though the wood it solid, the frame is a bit wobbly so I made some small customizations. Lastly, the wood smell is pretty strong so next time I would let it air out in my garage a couple days.
Nice fit and finish. I think it would be faster to go out into the forest, cut down a tree, mill it into lumber and then build bunk beds. WAY too many little pieces to save on shipping and manufacturing costs. Im a builder by trade and found it unnecessarily time consuming to put together. Nice product once assembled with good storage and has held up well though
I absolutely do not like how the instructions are written, the screws arent organized or labeled and the measurements are confusing. Otherwise, the item is nice for children.
This bed is awesome! Surprised my toddler with her big girl bed for Christmas and it was a hit. The bed frame was easy to put together as a two man job. The bed was able to withstand my weight and my toddlers weight with no problem. Didnt have the shakes or wobbles. I am very satisfied with this purchase.
Easy to assemble as all tools as provided... took longer to build than expected - probably much faster with two people... let the wood rest indoors for at least a week to remove most of the strong pine smell - a good air purifier would be of help as well doing the week... very satisfied with my purchase
This is a great product. All solid wood except for the plywood mattress slats (although it is a soft pine). The headboards had a dent due to shipping and they quickly sent new items. Excellent service on that front (thanks Jordyn). Lots of pieces that took over an hour to assemble but rock solid when done. Tip: Using a variable speed drill with the appropriate Allen wrench bit makes all the difference in assembly time. These are big screws and just using the supplied wrench would make the assembly very tough.
We couldnt be happier with this bed. We purchased this for our 4yr old who transitioned from a toddler bed. His bedroom isnt the biggest so a loft was a great way to imize space. I was nervous about some of the reviews that mentioned quality/sturdiness and assembly but usually take those with a grain of salt anyway. The instructions were pretty straightforward and it took my husband and It took just about 2 hours to assemble. The quality is very comparable to the price. While the wood isnt top quality, It is durable and sturdy and we have no hesitation at all for our little dudes safety. The lower loft feel like an appropriate height for his age. Not too high but still super cool for him. The space underneath is the perfect size for a book nook, fort or play area. So many possibilities! Would definitely recommend.
I have the bunk beds and the low loft bed by and . They are such better quality than other childrens beds out there.. especially for the price. But the sturdiest of them is what was most important and valuable to me. Love these beds.

Plan for a full day to assemble

Solid furniture, time intensive 4 one person

Kids love it! Took two engineers to put together.
Definitely add the extra rollers to the trundle. No track underneath, so trundle is kind of wild, but we would buy this again.
Great bed for a smaller room
