The items we mostly labeled wrong. So very frustrating. Took HOURS to assemble and even then it was incorrect. Had to pay $299 to hire a company and even they werent able to assemble it properly. Huge waste of money. Do not buy. Do not recommend.
The bed looks nice. However it came damaged and the seller never responded. When I reached out. Also it does not come with English instructions it took 5 hours to assemble, trying to figure out which screws went to what.
A good portion of the structural pieces were made with particle wood which is not ideal for structural integrity. Many cracks and weak areas. Also pretty wobbly from the top bunk. The trundle wheels have such a small attachment surface they were breaking off the board from the first time our toddler slept on it. It will be a miracle if this bed makes it a year!
Well at first when I first seen the Box I have doubts of a loaf bed fitting in it I was at work why my son was trying to put the bed he notice chips cracks on some parts of the frame the color wasnt even white to begin with it was like it was unfinished painted in the ad it says it holds about 400 lb lies the frame is so thin and when I was finally put together it wiggled so much I requested a refund and they told me that the only way for me to get a refund was for me to send it back to them in the original box I told them that my intentions was to keep a bed so I didnt have the original box because I threw its a way I tried calling my bank to see if I could get my money back they told me that it would be a difficult case and that it would take a long time for me to get my money back thank God I took pictures
The girls love it. Ive never received so many compliments on something in my home. Great quality. The slide is steep so I am looking into putting a ballpit at the bottom of it
Overall, I like this bed. It came in one huge super heavy box. I felt that it was packaged pretty well. I went through all of the parts first to make sure nothing was damaged. All of the wood pieces were in good condition with no damage. The hardware was really a pain though. None of it was clearly marked at all. Sorting through it and figuring out what was what, was an unnecessary pain. Overall, the set up wasnt too bad. Took me about 3 hours by myself. There were a few parts that didnt line up exactly but it was doable. I would definitely recommend this to someone looking for something affordable. If youre looking for excellent quality, this might not be it. For me, it was exactly what I was looking for.
The slide came cracked. The top piece where it attached to the bed. I didnt bother telling the company but the way it was packaged the piece cracked. I fixed it with wood glue and it doesnt bother the structure but still was cracked.
You need 2 people to assemble but over all it went rather smoothly. The quality is very nice.
Make sure you get all your 3 packs of hardware!!! My box came in a bit beat up but none of the pieces seemed to be damaged, so we unloaded it and started putting it together....come to find out we dont have the 3rd pack of hardware and are missing not only the lag bolts to hold all the headboards together, but also the dowels that hold the beds in place once they are mounted on top of one another. The beds themselves look great but between the parts issue and the little burrs that prevented the barrel nuts from seating it was a pain to get together.

Missing parts!!
