The product came in 2 large boxes which would have been good to know in expecting/planning for the delivery. The couch was a little difficult to assemble. Couch is a little snaller than I expected, but seems to be appropriate for the cost. Overall pleased with the product.
Easy to assemble. Some of the plastic weaving started to unravel on the table. If it didnt come in such large containers, we would have returned it. Also found it $100 cheaper at a retail store. Price is too high.
The frames are nice and sturdy, and easy to assemble. I had it all together in about 1 hour. Weve arranged the pieces into 2 or 3 different arrangements so far.
However, the cushions that come with this set are very thin. They are not that comfortable to start out with. Water pools on top of the cushion creating a water bowl effect. The cushions get dirty where the water pools and doesnt wick off. On top of that, if they get rained on (which they will because this is outdoor furniture) the water gets inside the cushions and saturates the foam inside. It takes days for the water to dry out of the foam. Some times you cant tell that its wet inside until you sit on it and your pants get wet.

The set is also a little lower to the ground that we expected. Its not a big deal, but worth mentioning.
Overall the set is nice and cozy, but expect to replace the cushions and buy covers immediately.

The seat cushions have a way to anchor down, wish the back and arm cushions did too as they never stay in place. You barely touch them and they all fall over. Love the red but the two throw pillows came in a different shade entirely. Not a big deal just odd. The seat padding is thin, probably the least cushion in any outdoor furniture Ive tried. Oddly enough, one rainy night left the seat pads wet for several days. On the third and fourth days I had to put them in the sun all day and they were still damp. Never had outdoor seating do that. Overall, just pleased I have a cute outdoor set for the backyard.

NOT OUTDOOR CUSHIONS - GET VERY WET DONT DRY QUICKLY

Color Fades Quickly
Within the first two weeks the color on the cushions were severely faded.
