Its great but it cost us to get it complete they sent 1 box by UPS we got in touch and they had already sent the other by FedEx. In the end, after 1 week, the second box arrived and everything was fine.
Well, it arrived well in advance. Unfortunately, it didnt work for us. Our patio has brick pavers and pieces couldnt align due to the fact that the levelers were too short. But the product seemed okay and cushions seemed well made. We contacted and they asked the company to take the set back and refund our money. We shipped it back; they received it yesterday and an email stating we are getting our money back showed up in our message center today. Thanks for your help !
I got this and I was honestly surprised with the quality of it. Its always interesting buying something like this online - but Im very glad with this purchase. Only downfall is its a pain in the butt to put together. Not super complicated - but just expect it to take some time.
Its comfortable and easy to put together! I love it! I wish there were different color pillow options other than red (the ones in my picture are from Aldi). Overall, great purchase!! Worth every penny!
I dont usually write reviews but I was worried about ordering this after reading the negative reviews. Im very happy with this purchase. It is somewhat small. Im 5-6 and its pefect for me. My 6-1 neighbor is less comfortable but fine with the ottoman as a foot stool. I highly recommend putting all the screws in loosely first and then tightening or you will waste a lot of time trying to get everything to line up. The cushions are reasonably comfortable for the price. I added a couple
Of throw pillows and it helps with neck support as the back cushions are not tall enough to support your head. The fabric is water/stain resistant. I spilled part of my patio christening beer on one and it wiped right off without soaking into the fabric. There are two packages that arrive several days apart from different carriers and the tracking number is only for the first one. I emailed the seller and they sent the second tracking number right away. Everything arrived much sooner than indicated when I purchased it, within a week of ordering. If you have a small space and are looking for an affordable option, this is a good one.
The couch is great! Exactly what we were looking for, very sturdy and comfy! Took approximately 1 hour to put together with 1 person, easy to follow instructions.
Did come as 2 boxes when delivered, on 2 different days, that was a little confusing as account said delivered and no other delivery was mentioned. I emailed the company they were very quick to respond, within the day. Great company to buy from with great customer service!
I am happy with my patio set. Relatively easy to assemble and perfect for my backyard. It really enables you to create an outdoor living room for entertainment and fun. During the pandemic I wanted to make more outdoor space for social distancing. This is a great solution!
