I dont think I will buy this product ever again the reason why is because when you sit your butt sits right over the cross bar making it very uncomfortable!!
I bought these with the red cushions. They come in well protected packaging.

Husband said the assembly instructions were wrapped up in the second chair so assembly was difficult until he found that. Chairs and cushions are comfortable. They are not rattan like the description says- its some type of plastic. The frame is metal. I love them
Ordered this set for by our pool very comfortable! Had an issue with one of the chairs contacted customer service and they responded by quickly wanting a picture of the issue after I sent that them replaced the chair within a week! Wish more customer services were that quick and professional!
This is the second time Ive purchased these lounge chairs and they are great! For being one of the lower priced options the quality is really good! And I had an idea with a part that I caused but the manufacture sent me a new piece for no additional cost! Very quick to respond and very pleasant!
Update: the company reached out and made the situation right. We have had this set for a year and it has already rusted, it was pretty but spent too much for it to rust after a year, but a different set of you want it to last

These chairs are well made, easy to put together, look great! The cushions are very thin and they slip easily. They are very low to the ground.
