Pros: The swivel is nice and for a 5'1 short torso person like myself, the back reaches just a few inches below my shoulders. So it gives good back support.
I was a bit worried about this purchase because I wanted to be sure it was comfortable. I am pleasantly surprised! Its comfortable, I love the swivel, and it was super easy to put together.
My main recommendation to shoppers is to be very sure about this before ordering, especially in regard to size. The quality seems fine, and it looks very nice, but the actual seating area seems quite small to me. Based upon some of the reviews, I expected it to feel more comfortable and roomy. It is firm and on the small side. Mine wasn't wrapped too well in the box and had some light black marks on one arm that don't seem to want to come out, but they are not very noticeable. I should have made note of the return situation before ordering. I would have liked to return it, but it would have cost more than the chair did (had to go back to China). So overall, I give it an ok and be sure before ordering.
