I received my order today, January 11th. The delivery date it said when I placed the order was January 25th, so it was a pleasant surprise it came so quickly. It arrived in two boxes, one for the frame and the next for the . Putting the frame together was very easy and the directions were basic to follow. I didnt get lost at all, and it only took a couple of hours to put it together fully by myself, and that included taking a few breaks in between.
Now, the reason why Im giving this product a 4 star instead of a 5 starwhen I opened the directions for the , the screws and such were all labeled incorrectly in the pictures, causing for massive confusion on my end. I took me a bit of time to realize that they were just mislabeled, which was frustrating because the frame itself already took so much time to put together and I was ready to be done. There were pieces labeled as things that werent even listed in the make sure you have everything section at the beginning! After figuring out the issue, however, it was simple to put together. Though, the are rather tedious, since you have to screw on each wheel by hand, but that was the longest process and once you were done doing that it was a cake walk.
All in all, the only issue I had was the drawer directions being messed up. I would buy this again even knowing that. Definitely recommend.
We really like this bed. It is great for my sons room and the extra storage beneath is so wonderful! It was fairly easy to put together, even though it doesnt feel terribly sturdy. The are difficult to open and shut, but over all if looks really nice and you get what you pay for.
We bought this for our daughter who lives in a small apartment. She absolutely loved it! It is nice looking, sturdy, and was easy to put together. There is tons of room in the . And she loves the fact that it is closed all around so her cat cant get under the bed or into the .

/Came damaged. The box was not damaged HOWEVER the plastic covering the head board and the head board had a gash in it/meaning it was damaged before being placed in the box.
/the storage do not perfectly line up to the locking mechanism which is meant to keep the under the bed. You have to basically tweak the around so they stay and look even.
Do not buy. I bought this because I needed a bed frame ASAP. This bed would have been nice if it came undamaged. It would have been nice for the to be lined up. Disappointed.
I love this bed and have received many compliments on it. The photo yes its a little messy but I just moved in and needed a new bed frame, I wanted one with storage and a nice modern frame grey. Again, I love it !! I use the to put my clothes in. I havent even finished using them up yet. Also, customer service is freaking awesome btw. I never had a problem with customer service. They respond quickly.

It took 2 weeks to receive the . The boards were not long enough. I would not recommend this product to anyone
