I docked a star for assembly because it took a long time to assemble it, but otherwise it's great. I can store a snowboard bag with all my gear, a small luggage, clothing, folded chairs and so forth. The hydraulics make it easy to lift up and I have a heavier than normal Queen mattress. Study and stays in place nicely.
It took around 4 hours and 2 people to assemble the bed - it required being very organized and following each step - I thought that there where some steps that could have between made in different order but thats just me. all in all the bed is super amazing - extremely well made - my 9 year old son loves it - I am buying the queen size next for myself
If you purchase this product, it comes in two large boxes (labeled 1 of 2 and 2 of 2). Make sure you get both delivered.
The first delivery failed to deliver box 1 of 2. After speaking with customer service, they re-scheduled the delivery for two weeks later. The second delivery team nearly left without dropping off box 1 of 2 for a second time.
Additionally, some of the pre-installed brackets (on the two sideboards) of this product were not installed in the correct location. Double check these before you start assembling. It's a two second fix if you catch it early, but after getting half way through the build, it's quite the pain to fix.
Once complete it seems like a solid product. Plenty of storage room and the lift mechanism works fantastic. Time will tell if it holds up.
Love the bed! Bought it for a Park Model trailer. Fits perfectly. Great for additional storage. Took about 3 hours to put together but the instructions were excellent and all the parts were well labeled. I thought it might be
a little deeper and all the way to the floor but apart from that Im very happy with the bed
My husband and daughter put this together for her room and he was really impressed by the materials and design of the bed. She's very happy with it. She already had many gray decorations in the room, and the bed (gray linen) goes with everything.
I highly recommend this bed. I got the queen, grey velvet and its a perfect fit. All of my luggage and extra bedding fits under it and there is still room for more storage.
The instructions were very easy to follow and the assembly wasnt hard. It took me about 2.5-3 hours to assemble by myself.

I regret, that I've bought this piece of trouble.
They did not include nuts and bolts with the package - read another review, it's common issue.

The bed came extremely well packaged and labeled. Arrived on time and took less than two hours to assemble. Completely satisfied so far with it.
