The bed came in two boxes. It took me, with the help of my 6-year old, about 5 hours to put together. I only need my husband to lift the assembled roof section. I didnt use the bed slats for the bottom bunk, but I added those to the top to make it more sturdy. I used a 12-inch mattress on the bottom, 8-inch on the top. The 12-inch is a little thick, but we already had it from a previous bed. Decent quality. Overall great bed for the price.
Would be easier to assemble with 2 adults but I did it alone (with a 5 and 7 year old trying to help). Took me about 3 hours alone. Feels sturdy. Spacing on the ladder is a little awkward for climbing up.
Very sturdy well made attractive bed. Assembly was more challenging that it needed to be due to 24 missing pre-drilled holes. Im not sure why they would pre-drill some holes, and not others. Luckily we had a hole punch.
The bed is gorgeous and my kids love it! It definitely takes two people to assemble. I was missing pieces which made assembling longer and a headache. Customer service was extremely to work with and by the end we had everything needed to complete the bed
My kids are loving this bunk bed. It was easy to assemble, although it is a large piece of furniture so there are a fair number of assembly steps. Im most impressed with how sturdy it is. So many bunk beds we checked out would easily sway some if you pushed the top bunk. This bed is solid though. The most solid assemble yourself furniture Ive had. And this was probably the least expensive bed we checked out. Win, win, win.
Not worth the almost 800$ after shipping cost . It is a very small bed . The bottom bunk sits completely on the floor . If an adult sleeps in it they better watch their head or have someone prepared to help them up . Got for my grandson when he sleeps over and hes scared to sleep alone . Was definitely not made for an adult no matter what size a bed you get. Want last to long either and to pay that much . Its kinda week . My grandson is 5 and he want be in it long because its so small
I like the design of it. Only thing is the slope of slide is too weird.
The mattress wood boards has too strong of smell, I have to let it sit outside for a week before bring them in. It might contain high formaldehyde. At the end I decide to use my own wood( cut from real pine wood ) for the board.
updated after 2 months:we still get those smell, doesnt smell healthy. it seems like we can never get it off. Everything else is ok.

Super cute bed
My kids love this. Fits great in my sons 11x13 ft room (not overpowering) and it arrived early!
Short and flimsy
