I like the look and functionality of the filing cabinets, drawers and desk that were purchased together.
Unfortunately, the bottom sliding drawer on the lateral file cabinet failed after less than 1 year of use. The 2nd drawer failed a year later.
After multiple attempts to get the company to respond, they said they would send replacements. The manufacturer/company never did send us replacements. We ended up buying replacement slides at a higher weight rating locally. Poor customer service.
I love this cabinet. I made into a coffee bar with my Keurig. It holds a lot of stuff. Looks nice. Sturdy. Directions were great and easy to assemble. I assembled myself in 2 hours with a regular screw driver. I love the color. Its just really great. It cleared lots of space on my kitchen counters.
This product comes unassembled, which is fine, but what it doesnt come with are instructions on the complicated assembly.
Email sent, but no response yet.
Will upgrade if seller timely responds with instructions.
3/16/2021 UPDATE: Assembly instructions received. Not the worst instructions, but far from the best. Unit was able to be put together. Only upgrading to a 3 because its poor Quality Control that sends a product such as this out without instructions.
This file drawer is perfect for my home office. The unit it quite sturdy and the wood looks great. I assembled it myself with no problems - just take the time to look at directions and think through the parts. Didnt need to worry about difficulty in putting in drawer glides because everything just went together perfectly.
I looked every where for this color storage cabinet and this one came shipped directly to my front door and was very easy to assemble. Works out perfectly where I needed it.
I needed a piece to place at the top of the stairs where guest rooms are located. I have books about the local area, maps, magazines and the like.
Definitely worth the price.

Good product for the price. Not quite as sturdy as Id like. Assembly instructions were easy to follow. Took me about 1.5 hrs (Im not super handy, but can assemble things).
