After months of shopping every nearby furniture store for the perfect couch, I was not excited to donthe same thing for the perfect chair so decided to trust and just buy this chair unseen. It is a great chair! The fabric is soft and goes well with our CrateandBarrel couch. The only two problems were that the zipper housing the assembly parts was very hard to open (I even called customer support for advice) and the knobs on the feet are not centered on all of the feet. Otherwise, for the price, I am super impressed! Time for the ultimate test of time
Looks great. Light. Removable back makes moving it around easy. Delivery was quick and by far the best Ive experienced, I reserved a timeslot, they called to confirm and then on the actual day called again to say when they were on the way and they removed all the packing too. Lost a star as the holes for the bolts that screw the legs on were not correctly placed but a trip to Home Depot for longer bolts fixed it.
