This product is comfortable, does not look cheap, and was easy to assemble. Its holding me over until my couch is eventually delivered. I highly recommend.
I like the fact that I got it earlier than expected. So far, assembling it is easy except for the last hole. Someone did NOT drill the hole thoroughly for me to put the last leg on there so now I got to figure out a way to deal with that which is very annoying since I dont have the tools for it. I would had love to use my futon immediately but now I got to wait.

I love it. I wished they delivered it to my door as requested instead of the leasing office. It was very heavy for one person to move up the stairs.

Not nearly as comfortable or as large as we had hoped, but okay for a guest. Not really great for consistent use as a bed.
