I'm really just disappointed by the corner cutting of items. Especially the packing. This is the last one for me.
1. It's packed to the teeth in Styrofoam. There's too many environmental issues to be picky, but still using styro in 2021 feels lazy and wrong. Especially going to the extent to make styro 'easier' to throw away by wrapping every single piece in its own unrecyclable plastic bag so the damn blocks don't shed everywhere. Heck man.
2. The drawer is a joke. Cool , ya got me. It looked convenient but as it turns out, it's got the cheapest slide design they could possibly think of. It's already a shallow drawer, but you can't even pull it halfway out. To top it off, the handle hardware comes with bolts that are too long and so I've also got a handle that flops around because it can't be tightened down. I would have totally paid an extra $15 for functional ball bearing slides and properly sized handle hardware. At some point I'll just have to pick some up at a home improvement store.
3. Don't be surprised if you have wood shavings painted into your holes and slots. Pretty awful cleanup at the factory.
4. The included wrench is the incorrect size for the casters. No big deal, but still.

For every one thing right, two are wrong
