I really like this chair and the blue color is beautiful. Its relatively comfortable but sitting all day in it isnt the best. The only thing I dont love is that it has a bit of a chemical smell.
This is chair is just what I was hoping it would be. It came without the wheels, I contacted the seller and they shipped them out pronto. Response time was extremely quick. This chair was very easy to assemble and is very comfortable. Wish it was a tad bigger, but love it anyway.
Bad design for attaching back to the base. Had to supply my own washers to make it stay together but once put together it seems sturdy. Very large .I hope it holds up
Im only half the 500 lb rating of this enormous recliner but I believe this rating is accurate. Recliner arrives in a single box and tool/less assembly requires attaching the chair back to the base (preferably by two people) and securing it with thumb screws. My models covering has a plush feel and appears durable.
For the sub/300 lb relaxee, like myself, the cushions of this recliner dont have much give making it feel like youre sitting on a very firm mattress rather than sinking into the cushions. I still find it comfortable as did my dog who likes watch TV sitting next to me at night. Hopefully, continued use may improve the comfort. I find almost impossible to lever actuate the reclining mechanism while sitting in the recliner and strongly recommend upgrading to the electric motor actuated version.
The biggest issue with ordering this recliner was s representation the recliner had shipped the day after I ordered it providing a shippers tracking number when, in fact, it did not ACTUALLY ship for an additional six weeks. It took multiple calls to the shipper and chats with support to determine the recliners whereabouts. After being initially informed by that the delivery date was indeterminate, I attempted to cancel the order but prevented me from doing so (though they didnt dun my credit card until actual shipment). The whole process was annoying and contrary to the usual exemplary service provides.
I was leery of buying this chair due to some of the reviews, but it was the right price and the right color and fabric. I am so glad I did. The fabric is wonderfully soft and has held up well for three months so far. The chair is very attractive in a mixed use space.
The chair is on the harder side on the bottom cushion. I like it but my husband hates it / so be sure you like a firm cushion if you buy this chair. Additionally the back leans back a little / I find this makes me sit straighter and lean back away from my keyboard so I am almost forced into sitting correctly / its been great for my carpals tunnel and my neck as I dont have to keep remembering to sit back and straight / the chair makes me do it to be comfortable.
No issues so far with the height changing by itself. It adjusts well and stays where it is put.
This is a BIG recliner, Im 61 and over 300 lbs. and I feel like a Lilliputian sitting in it. Hard to get the recline back in seated position but I consider it exercise. Also, its not a wall hugger, having said that I believe I can still make it work. The seat is VERY firm hopefully it will soften over time. You can see the quality and the fact that its a made in the U.S. was the deciding factor to keep it.

A Ginormous recliner for a BIG person (or you and your dog).

really attractive.but not much cushion
Love the way the chair looks, but after sitting for a few hours, the seat loses a bit of cushioning.

This was so easy to put together. Did it by myself in 10 minutes. The chair is comfortable and stylish. Great purchase!
