My boyfriend dedicated a room in his to my office. The first thing he purchased before painting, buying furniture and curtains is this chair (these are the pre photos). I was skeptical based on some of the previous reviews about moth smell. We got it and I absolutely love it. It was easy to assemble, the color is vibrant, and its comfortable. It became the centerpiece of my new office. There was no smell.
For the price I thought I was getting a much better quality chair. The bottom cushion is thin and probably wont last long so Im gonna have to buy another cushion to put on top of my chair. Do you like the fact that it is right because they usually sit cross legged so that parts great. But I really am disappointed with the quality especially with the price I paid, but it does look good in my office
Great support and comfort. The ottoman could have more padding, but its comfortable. Only issue I have is the pull handle is very difficult to engage. It pulls up fine about 1/3 of the way, then resists and requires extra strength to finish. Not sure if there is an issue with this particular chair or a result of the designed since it is meant for bigger, stronger people. It was almost impossible to engage when new. It has since become easier, but I still meet resistance. I would not recommend this chair for someone with frail upper arm strength.
Chair arrived quickly. Simple to assemble. I worried about fabric and comfort for no reason. This chair is worth every penny. Im 64 295lbs. Fit perfectly in this chair. I bought to replace 2 ly boys. I broke arm on one and lift mechanism on the other. Tried to cobble them together and decided I hated them for past 5 years anyway. Paid 800 each and broke both in 5 years this knew chair is really aming, writing this review reclined now. I use to need a neck pillow to watch tv not with this one. This does not rock when in upright position which is perfect. Those other 2 rocked and made it impossible to get out of. This chair is definitely made for tall people, you can sit and stand comfortably. Best chair Ive owned hands down. Have piece of mind purchasing without seeing.
This chair is even more beautiful in person. The color is so vibrant and the upholstery is very soft and comfortable. Added bonus is that the chair is super easy to put together and seems to be made of quality parts. I love it.
Have you ever felt like you wanted to be a king with your own throne then this is the chair for you. The cloud like comfort while sitting higher lets you look over your room like a king looking over his subjects.
The chair is beautiful, I bought the pink/mauve. It is a lovely rose type of color. The stiffness of the seat surprised me when I sat in it. If you want soft and cushy this isnt it. But Im okay with a stiff seat. It was very easy to put together, and Im sitting in it right now. I love it.
