The head board was cracked I realized when I was assembling it. I opened it all boxes. Also there are scratches on the head board.
How I can get refund or send me a replacement

Be sure to have an electric screwdriver and match the attachment before starting because there are a lot of screws. Both of the sideboards had areas where the holes were not predrilled as they should have been. I called the company and told them that both sideboards were not drilled and they sent out 1 sideboard. The bed is beautiful. I was a bit confused when the directions said not to slide the bed because I like to rearrange my bedroom.
I love this bed king size bed frame it is very heavy the color is a true cherry brownish color It came in a total of4 large boxes Im a 55 year old women and the instruction were one the best I have ever worked with very easy to put together The bed was very well packaged no starches or marks IM very happy and gave this bed 5 stars that it well deserves .
I ordered plain WHITE. What came was ANTIQUE white. By the time I realized, the cardboard was ruined for return. Plus, I was on my own to handle the heavy weight to return the item - let alone it it into my vehicle. The Handiman was due early the next day since I timed the delivery - I had no choice but to accept the wrong colour
