NO issues with this chair. Sturdy and has the lumbar support. Only prob is that its not adjustable. SO you cant kick back and game. Prob best for your back anyhow.
All I have to say is wow, this is a big upgrade from what I recently had. This chair is so comfortable, plush, relaxing, and lots of lumber support. It is so comfortable, easy to assemble. I really enjoy this chair so much. I bought two of them. I will buy this chair, over, and over again.
Delivery time was amazing! I was told it would take two weeks to be delivered. A day later, the shipping time was dropped to one week. It showed up the next day! I am not using it for gaming. I am using it in my virtual teaching space. It is perfect for the amount of time Im stuck at my three screens. I love all of the support features! I dont hurt at the end of my virtual school day!
I just wanted to say I was aggravated about this shipment at first. A lot of confusion with it, but the Cavalier Store and went above and beyond to make this right. I would like to give a shout out to The Cavalier Store and say THANK YOU!!! I will definitely order with them again!!!
She got the black and white chair but it took almost 3 hrs to put together. I think the two pillows are a bit small. No snap to loop the top pillow through the top holes. Overall we're happy!
