This was a birthday gift and although the seller said about a week for shipping, it came in about 3 days...this was a birthday gift for my son so I greatly appreciate it.. I hope he likes it.
Pretty much love everything about this chair, wish it had more adjustability with leaning back and the little black covers for the holes the screws go in pop out easily, at least on a few but these are just minor details. But still very suprised at the quality of the chair and how quick and easy it was to assemble
Two things to mention i ordered the item and before it was to be shipped I tried to cancel the order and it won't let me till I receive the order. There is a manufacturing defect on the screw on the arm rest handle.
I love the chair it's comfortable, got it for gaming and for the lumbar and neck support cuz I have back problems.
It was easy to assemble but once I finished assembling it I found a cosmetic damage. I'm not mad but disappointed this is third time I ever gotten something from that either was damaged or missing an important item other than that I'm not going to complain about minor stuff as long as the product does its job I'm fine with it.

Hardware was for a different chair, instructions didnt match hardware, but everything was included to put the cair together.
