This chair is very comfy. At least for me. My beloved on the other hand did not like it as much because he is so tall the chair seems a bit small for him. He is over 6 feet while I am not. He still uses it enough to get its money's worth. As long as you treat it well it will treat you well too.
I had only had the chair a few days before it started leaning to the right for some reason. Checked to make sure its built correct, and it was. I then checked the seat itself, and found it was bent already. I'm a bit disappointed about that but still a good chair.
I noticed in the description it does say it's for women, but I thought it was just regarding the style, not necessarily the size, since women can be all different sizes, just like men, right? Well. It's nice and tall, if you're even 6 feet tall it should still work, but if you have sort of thick thighs, or quads, the inside of the arms at the bottom will slightly push into your thighs. It's not horrible, and I will stick with this chair for now, and I'm hoping that I can break it in a little. However, there is no easy fix for the issue, since the back of the chair is screwed into the arms. You can't have one without the other. If you think this is going to bother you, look for a chair that isn't built like that. This design also means the only way you can lean back is by leaning the whole chair back (includes the arms).
But it's comfortable, supports a lot of weight, and doesn't feel cheap. If you're on the smaller side, go for it, you'll love this chair.
After a few days of use I notice something sharp under the arm rest. The nails used to put the arm rest are long enough that you feel the end in your arm. It started with one and after a few weeks of use you can see all the nails.
Also, my husband always complained that it would get too hot sitting on the chair.
The set up of this chair was easy. I thought it was going to be complicated at first, then I put everything out and I had it together in about an hour. It's very comfortable.

Great chair, poor durability

Item arrived with minor damage on the back of the chair
Item arrived with damage to the back of the chair. I put a piece of electric tape to cover the tear and prevent further damage.
Not comfy
The chair is uncomfortable when sitting long term.
Arm rests with nail sticking out

You get what you paid for.
Cheaply made as expected, pump to move chair up and down broke on the first day. Honestly you're better off buying a cheaper office chair.
The set up was easy.
