I gave this four stars because the bed was missing some of the assembly items. Luckily we figured it out and made some of the wood pieces. Overall the kids love it and it’s a great grey color.
This is a great product. All solid wood except for the plywood mattress slats (although it is a soft pine). The headboards had a dent due to shipping and they quickly sent new items. Excellent service on that front (thanks Jordyn). Lots of pieces that took over an hour to assemble but rock solid when done. Tip: Using a variable speed drill with the appropriate Allen wrench bit makes all the difference in assembly time. These are big screws and just using the supplied wrench would make the assembly very tough.
We frequently have visiting family members so we bought this for our 7 year old son’s room. It took me a couple of hours to assemble the top (twin), bottom (full) the twin trundle. Each section can be used separately or together. If it’s assembled correctly, it’s very sturdy. Bought this instead of a metal equivalent so happy we did!
I bought this bed for my three daughters. We love it! It’s very Sturdy and easy to put together. Thee only downside to this is the space to get into the bottom bunk is pretty low. Other than that we love it! And would definitely recommend.
Not sure how long this took to put together but the end result was exactly what I was hoping for. I’m sure it helped that my sons had already assembled similar last year. Product arrived timely’ happy to report all pieces were included. No problems here

Delivery was fast and easy. Costumer service great. The bunk bed was easy to set up and really sturdy and looks great. My kids love it!

There was some damage on the pieces i saw as i was building it. For the price i expected better quality. I would not recommend this product.
