I live in an apartment with a small balcony and this set is PERFECT. It is comfortable and sturdy and still leaves room for other items like an umbrella and small BBQ. My kids have even started using that space for their distance learning.
As far as set/up goes, Im fairly experienced, and while it was very easy to follow directions, I had to replace the Allen wrench that came with the set because it was quickly stripped. It took me approx. 2 hours to put it all together.
Overall, I am very happy with this little set and would definitely recommend it to anyone with a small space.

Not all holes lined up, tool was awkward in the spaces, bruised my thumbs, sore for days.
Pleased with chairs when done but would not have purchased if known assembly requi.
Pretty nice and simple! Easy to build, and no extra tools needed. Looks exactly like the image too! Cushions are pretty good as well, def would get another set !!
