Perfect bed for a small room. It gave my 3 year old more space to play. We love hanging out underneath. Slide is fast but the kids figure it out. My husband attached her old headboard. Assembly took him 2 hours while he also had our baby and 3 year old by his self bc I was at lunch w a friend. Very happy with purchase and will probably get one for the baby when shes big enough. I also lay in it to read to our daughter at night. No problems at all.
It's exactly what I was hoping. It's sturdy and well made. Exactly like picking it up at a furniture store. Putting it together is a little taxing, but I did it alone with only a screwdriver. Used an 8 memory foam mattress. Had no issues with it, and have had it a couple months. Safe for my almost 3 year old, though he likes to push a chair over to climb up, rather than using a ladder. But the ladder is not hard to use.
It had a couple broken pieces. But it held together anyway so I didn't feel the need to ask for them to be returned. But if not for that it would be five star my kid loves it
I chose this over the metal version because the wood edges are rounded. The bed is very sturdy. We enjoy using the underneath for forts, storage and other useful things.
Customer service is awesome for replacement parts! Like other reviews sturdiness was an issue. And it seems the screws loosen over time and need to be re tightened. Other than that bed is pretty awesome. .

Love that it leaves space underneath so it really doesnt take up much room. We store toys underneath.

My son loves his new bed. The ladder is kind of uncomfortable on your feet when you climb, but I'm an adult and probably shouldn't be up there anyway.

Seems pretty sturdy, been using for over a year. Got for my 5 year old and it helped him start sleeping in his own room, win!
