I love this piece / its exactly what I wanted look wise. However, it was trickier than I thought it would be to assemble. Once assembled, my husband put his foot down and said we were NOT putting the expensive living room TV on this as it was rickety. We are using it in the master bedroom. Its great where it is, however, when our toddler is in there playing he frequently rips the doors off, rocks in back and forth, and overall just proves my husband was right that this piece does not belong in the living room.
Aming and easy to assemble for two. Make sure you have a screw gun and you are sturdy with an Allen wrench. I recommend one person doing half the tasks with the screw gun while the other person does all the other tedious tasks. I had to do a lot of flipping but it wasnt bad! Nothing was damaged and Im really happy with how it came out.
Had to send the first one back because the box was extremely damaged and the wood was broken in numerous places. The second one came packaged much better and had no visible damage.
Easy to put together, took me about an hour.
Have to agree with some of the other reviews in saying that some of the white top layer is peeling off in places. Also have a piece of wood chipped out of the top. Disappointing, but I really like the overall look of the stand. Might need to paint it to refinish in the future, but for now its not terrible.
For only 240 this tv stand is aming! The wood top is great quality. However the white particle board parts are not so great. And you can see the seams between the individual pieces. But touch ups with a white paint marker cover those easy. Overall great piece and looks great in my home.
There are weird screw holes and round white stickers were provided to cover the holes. This is on the front of the tv stand and does not look nice at all because you can still see the holes were covered up. The stickers also seem to not stay put and begin to lift and bubble and trying to disguise the holes were not done well.
