this bed was exactly i needed . assembly was not diifficult and with plenty of space under the bed. with the memoryfoam mattress added to this very comfortable sleep
The bed is awesome. Great design, utilizing simple engineering principles and incredibly simply assembly (every pair of matching wood faces has a corresponding number sticker!). but one really, really stupid error made me furious when I assembled it.
One common set of bolts is used in a number of roles. The M bolts do fine everywhere EXCEPT where they are used to join wood to wood. and for that, they are a couple of millimeters TOO SHORT. I managed to get four out of the provided bolts to attach the lower brace of the headboard assembly. but none of them would work to attach the middle legs to the sideboards. I spend two hours visiting two different Home Depots to find appropriate replacements for all the remaining uses of these bolts, but every use of them after that step was metal/to/wood and the provided bolts worked.
Could this just be a bad lot? Maybe, but I think they should suck it up and either provide a different length for the parts that need it or make the common set of M bolts longer.
If you want to avoid the possibility that I faced, of being stuck without a bed until they shipped replacements which might still not be long enough, buy some 35mm M8/1.25 bolts (at least 8) ahead of your assembly. (I was not able to find the cap/socket style, had to settle for some ugly ones, but they are under the bed.)
This SHOULD have been a five/star review, really. I hope that the maker (I did call them) realizes their error and fixes it before you read this!
We purchased a king frame. The instructions were very clear and the parts were well marked but It did take 1 1/2 hour to put together. Everything fit, no parts missing or broken. The item looks just like the computer picture. We are very pleased that the frame is sturdy. Some platform beds squeak, or wobble, this bed does none of those things.
Also the plank attachment which the mattress lays on, use a Velcro design makes installing the them easy and quickly. (No nails or screws to install. )
I have purchased two of these now and they are awesome. Very sturdy and very easy to put together. Asks its solid wood. The middle supper bar and legs are still and also very sturdy
I really liked the quality and look of the wood, very stylish and cute. I brought it together myself, easy but wood slat base did not fit vertically at the beginning, not sure how next day it did fit. I was so scared that I had to return it. In the middle metal part ended up be on air for 1 mm, but not a problem. When you add mattress and enough weight, all good.
My biggest complaint is, I did not know that this bed would not be carried to my apartment. I found it delivered in the apartment entrance and had to carry by myself with a friend. It was very challenging for us, we were 2 skinny girls. If I knew, I would not buy it. I ended up with back pain 2 days because I had to carry this
Pretty well made for the price. Easy to assemble if you follow directions and have a helper. Box it comes in is large. Instructional video also available.

Sturdy and nice looking
