    Customer Service

Very nice product. Easy to convert. Not the most comfortable to sleep on. A bit too firm and hard. Superb customer service from seller, FRIDAY-gg! They went above and beyond to satisfy customer needs.

    My guest found it comfortable.

The ottoman arrived earlier than expected. I had a guest that stayed 3 days. She found it very comfortable. She is planning on ordering one for her own home. The stitching on the top was not as straight as I would have liked, but it is a fantastic product. Very ingenious design.

    Well worth the money!

Easy to assemble, I did it by myself but it would have been quicker to have an additional set of hands. Very sturdy, once it is all put together it only takes 30 second to set up the bed. Holds over 440 lb without any issues. Our guests used it for 3 days and said it was comfortable. Great addition to the room for a comfortable reading chair.

    Very nice and versatile

These chairs are really nice quality material and look awesome. They are comfortable both as a chair and as a bed. Great value for the money.

    Lovely, but FIRM

I wanted something for my home office I could use as seating as well as a pullout for our niece when she wants to stay. This piece addresses both wants. I love that all I needed to do was unbox it. Its a large and cumbersome box, however. It is really best if two people move it, especially if going up a flight of stairs. It looks absolutely lovely! It fits in my small space perfectly. Finally, if you are going to use it as a pullout regularly, you better like a firm mattress because it is exactly that. FIRM. If not, you may want to get some type of pillow top for it. Other than that, I think it will work well.

    Great little daybed

What Im Iike about is pretty good for day bed, handle my husband 200LB no issue. The dislike is that its short then what I expected. I use it for afternoon napping. Wouldnt recommend as sleep bed.

    UPDATE

Im updating this review because of a misunderstanding. Just one day after I posted it the seller did contact me. Apparently they couldnt see, or didnt receive the pictures I sent them originally (which I also posted here). They were very respectful and accepted responsibility for the problem. Maybe theyre new at this and the product is very heavy, with sharp corners that should require a better package and handling, which they also said was being worked out with the manufacturer. Well, after all, we reached an agreement, they took responsibility and the product is a good one. As I said in the original review, the mechanical part works perfectly. We have used it a few times and serves well both purposes, the bed and the ottoman. Cant give it the 5 stars because of the fabric issue, but their service made me change my perspective on their responsibility and reliability completely.

    Worth the investment!

I am blown away by this guy. I was in the market for a comfortable lounge chair that converted into a bed, but I was struggling to find one that would work in an awkward spot in our office. I was also in a time crunch to get it fairly soon. I stumbled across this guy, held my breath, and clicked the order button. I was a little nervous about the price as we couldnt really afford for this to not work out. Let me tell you: I have never been more excited about a chair in my entire life! It came in a huge, slightly beat up box that was a struggle to get up the stairs. Once we opened it, theres virtually no assembly required. It took a bit of a learning curve to figure out how the angled seat back works (tip: it goes click, click, click the higher it gets. to lower it down, you have to bring it all the way to a 90 degree angle and then itll release to flat), but once we figured that out, we were good to go. The bed part takes less than 2 minutes to set up: we just slide the chair (which is really not that heavy at all), open it, and unfold the head and feet portions and boom, bed. I saw some other reviews mentioning that the seams in the fabric were uncomfortable to sleep on, so out of precaution, we bought a twin flat sheet and comforter set so our guests would feel comfortable, though I dont think it was necessary as Ive dozed off on it multiple times and had no issues. Notable Details - can be used as a chair or ottoman - comes with a fairly comfortable pillow - fit my lanky 62 brother-in-law comfortably - adjustable angles - easily moved/not too heavy If youre in the market, just buy it!! You wont regret it!
