The bench kit arrived on time. One part was broken. Customer service was wonderful to communicate with and quickly sent the replacement part. Easy to assemble. The bench is sturdy and good quality. Thank you!
Many holes for screws were too shallow for the screws to take hold. Hold to get drill out and re-drill the holes. Two holes were totally absent, had to drill them in. Poor quality control.
Fully satisfied! Only comment is that colors are very hard to see on a screen. It is a bit toward a yellow tan more than the creamy our computer showed. It works great for us! Will add a photo when we finish the room!
I love the look and assembly up and until securing the seat to the base, screws difficult to secure in base., felt that the underside of cushion should have had some pre-set sinkers to secure them. But able to get it assembled and overall love the product.
I really love this bench, and it fits perfectly in my small entryway. It is definitely made for compact spaces: My only complaint is that assembling it was a nightmare. its really hard to do yourself as you have to hold 3 pieces together at a time, and the instructions explain nothing. You basically have to figure out the assembly yourself.
Last few steps of the instructions cannot be performed without undoing some previous steps. Whoever put the instructions together clearly did not physically assemble the product themselves.
One of the wooden sticks came broken, so I had to MacGyver it.
The labels. Omg the labels. Why do you need labels for the letters so large that when you try to take them off, the label paper rips? Like, why do the labels need a picture of the piece? I can see the piece with my eyes, I dont need a label on it with a picture of it. If Im holding it, I know what it is.
Anyways, the product itself is very nice. Just some very annoying things during assembly.
The seller shared a video before the product is delivered. It has the same assembly steps as the paper instruction, and its virtually impossible to put everything together if you follow that. Just read the whole thing and use your best judgment when you assemble.

Overall I bought this for my family and guest so there is No excuses that they cant find their shoes,keys,purse and sweaters. Every thing is conveniently there and organized!
As a matter of fact I purchased one for the main front door in a different style and size. I highly recommend this to anyone

easy to assemble
I would have liked for the color to be a bit darker, but it worked out OK. It fits well in a small space.
