The chairs are pretty. However, one had a stain on it. Also, I dont think the chairs were new. The fabric where the legs screw in at seemed very worn. Making legs every hard to screw in.
These chairs are inexpensive and look nice. Moderately easy to put together. The pricing is good. The only thing I would want is a little more back support. But they are fully functional
This chair was exactly what I was looking for at the time. Its low profile and solid, however, its not that comfortable for everyday use. The pillow that came with it is only for decoration. The cover for it was damaged upon opening it. Im not concerned about it because I dont use it. The chair is solid! Im 250 lbs and it holds me just fine.
The only cons I have is that, my arm position, on the arms, put pressure on my funny bones. I have had two pinched nerves, one in each arm, and some numbness, because of the way I sat (lol). I suggest buying pads for the arms.
The other minor complaint is the bottom seat. It couldve used more padding. I occasionally feel the wood frame.
One more suggestion but for the company, shipping cost is high but I understood why when I opened the package. You could replace the wood support with a high density foam. Or use USPS flat rate to cut the cost.
Other than that, Im happyyyyy! with the purchase.
I bought two of these chairs. That were easy to assemble (just install the legs), they look nice and seem sturdy. I took 1 star away because it was clear to see that either these chairs are assembled by hand or the quality checks/quality assurance (QC/QA) lacks attention to detail. Examples: 1) The two front legs on one chair were set further back than the two front legs on the other chair. 2) The seat back on one chair was slightly wider on the left side (while facing) than that of the ither chair. These are minor discrepancies, but discrepancies nonetheless. I likeeee the chairs though - good value.
