Everything that all reviewers have mentioned about the bar that crosses under the thighs is absolutely right on. I love the piece so much at this point, I am ready to put up with closed down circulation (just kidding), but did find a small cushion that I use to lessen the screaming pain that comes from sitting too long on this wonderful chair. What to do? is a great alternative AND although one does not need a graduate degree from MIT to build this rocker, someone who can actually read directions would be helpful. I was a failure although a great cheer leader. I love the piece, however, but do be concerned about the initial nylon covering that one must install. It cannot be replaced as it becomes part of the frame, i.e, bolts are screwed into it. This sounds pretty damning, but the rocker is a dream!
I love this chair! It was a great price and the best part is theres no way it can possibly squeak! Im not a big fan of gliders, bc in the past Ive had issue with squeaking rocking chairs and gliders that is the worst when your trying to put your baby to sleep. This chair has lots of room and its perfect for someone petite like me. Im 55 and 130 lbs (30 wks preg). I think this chair is very comfortable for my size and stature However i would not recommend for heavy set person. Also, my husband has been using it too and he said it very comfortable!
It shipped quickly and when it got here I put it together myself. It was very easy to assemble!
Im shocked at how comfortable this chair is. I bought it for my daughters nursery and its been perfect. With a boppy, this is the ideal place to nurse her. I want to buy ten more of these chairs, because theyre so comfortable and modern. I was also surprised at how good the back support was. It would be very easy to fall asleep in this chair if I had a small neck pillow. The assembly wasnt hard either. Took maybe 10-15 minutes from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and would definitely buy again.
The chair works great o my carpet floors. The only issue i have is the cushion is a little on the thin side so you feel the metal frame in the front portion.
I really like this chair. Its large and comfortable. Rocks well, even on carpet. was very simple to put together as well. The only thing I didnt like is the lack of holes for screws in the fabric that goes around the frame, but it was very easy to poke holes in. This chair is perfect for my nursery.
Love this chair,its comfortable and sturdy,even though the back doesnt go down,glad I went ahead and purchased it.I wanted another color but this is a rather neutral color ,so its fine,love the light color wood.

I am extremely happy with my decision to purchase this rocker for my nursery. My search for the perfect rocker was a long one - I needed something that would fit me (59, 160lbs), fit in a smaller nursery, and look good for a price that I wouldnt kick myself for when the baby spit up all over the place. I searched high and low for a comfortable glider/rocker, going back and forth between upholstered chairs, to wooden gliders, and ultimately decided to go with this rocker. The look is absolutely perfect for my nursery. It fits me nicely, my head is able to rest nicely on the back although it does not go past my head, which is fine, and its more comfortable than it looks. No, I dont plan to sit in this for hours, but for feedings and snuggles, I will definitely enjoy my time. I fit in it with a boppy and still have plenty of room to be comfortable. I plan to get a poof ottoman or something similar to put my feet on.
I got this product because I wanted a rocking chair for my bedroom. At first I thought the chair was too big but it fit perfectly in my room. Im short so my feet dont touch the floor but thats not a problem. The product came on time and was very easy to assemble. I got the red one and once it was assembled I had to try it out. It is very comfortable and adds an accent to the room. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a comfortable rocking chair. Its easy to move from room to room as well. I have to say that the company provided the product that they promised and kept in touch with me to make sure that the product arrived and meant my satisfaction. I would order from them again should I need another chair in the future. GREAT PRODUCT AND WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Excellent Product for the Price
I got this product because I wanted a rocking chair for my bedroom. At first I thought the chair was too big but it fit perfectly in my room.
