Couch did not come with all the parts needed to put it together. They tape the nuts, washers, and threaded bolts loosely to the actual couch itself. When my package arrived I could only find half the parts needed due to there being rips in the box and the parts falling out. Be prepared to make a trip to Ace Hardware or some special hardware store because the parts wont be found at Lowes or Home Depot since they are metric not standard. Once its put together its kind of stiff and not very big, but its enough for me living alone in my tiny apartment.
Process from ordering to receiving the couch took 5 DAYS!! I have never received furniture faster. There was only supposed to be curbside delivery but the nice delivery man brought the couch into my house. This company has awesome employees who called me to update the location of my couch, it was delivered via an enclosed box truck to protect it from the elements. This couch is smaller, so please read dimensions!! I do however have a small living room, so it fits perfectly into my apartment. The microfiber is soft and the cushions are firm. It was the perfect addition to my apartment! Couldnt be happier with my order!

Size is right but too hard.
The size is just about right for where we put the sofa but it is REALLY hard. I am hoping that it will eventually get soft enough to be comfortable.
