I love this mattress! I actually bought it for my toddler. I plan on her keeping this mattress for years as she grows. The unboxing was simple. After you unroll the mattress and set it out, it starts rising immediately. After two days, it reached its full size of 10 inches. I tried the mattress out for myself and it is soft comfortable! My daughter loves it as well and is sleeping great on it. I placed it on a platform bedframe and it worked out perfect!

I moved for the 4th time in 2 years and decided to ditch my 20 year old mattress and just order this one to the new place. My back sucks and I am not supposed to lift anything, so I ordered this knowing it would be delivered right to my door without me having to lug it across town from the store to my apartment. It arrived extremely quickly in just a few days, and was easy to take out of the box and unwrap. It inflated in a few hours, and I let it sit for 5 days before I used it (because of overlapping leases, the new place was vacant for a week while I packed). My mattress definitely had a smell, at first it was so bad it burned my eyes the first time I slept on it. The circulation in my apartment sucks, so I had one tiny window trying to get the smell out. It took probably a week to get the pungent smell out, and another 2 weeks after that to completely rid the smell of the mattress. My clothes that were in the same room I let the mattress inflate got smelly too, so I rewashed them and then they were fine. It is just something to be aware of, the mattress came with directions to air it out and that it could be smelly. Comfort wise the mattress seems fine to me, it is much better than the 20 year old mattress I was sleeping on. It is nice and tall, and fit my queen sheets I already had. I would probably order this again, but try to air it out better and clear the room of any other possessions before hand. It was concerning until I read the reviews how long the smell lasted, and then I just rode it out. Also my dog likes the new bed!
I got this because I was able to do payments and I had a tight budget. There was not an overwhelming smell of any kind. It did take a couple hours to fully expand. It squishes quite a bit and I am 220lbs. I dont get to hot in the bed which is nice because other I have owned hold a lot of heat. It is very soft in my opinion but not overwhelming. I would have given 5 stars but because it squishes so much I can feel some of the frame through the bed. My frame claims to not need box springs for this mattress but I bet if it was a platform style without slats I would not feel anything.
These online foam mattress companies probably wont last the length of their warranty, but thought wed try one anyway. My partner likes a firm mattress and this one has been good for her, and even kept her as comfy as possible through pregnancy. The only complaint is that it is a bit larger than our Beautyrest box spring. Overhangs about 6 inches at the foot of the bed. Not really a problem as we dont have a footboard, just looks funny. Might not fit all queen frames because of this sizing issue.
I wish the package had the instructions printed on the box, or at least the part that said to open it and let it expand within 72 hours of receiving it. We wrapped it and had it sitting in the living room for a month. I got the bed as a Christmas gift for my sixteen year old son. After staying in the box for that long it only decompressed to 9-9.5 inches. The cover has the room to fully expand so I do believe this was because we left it in the box. Other than that everything seems to be going good. We cant truly give this bed a fair ratting until my son has been sleeping on it for at least a few months to a year. He is also 62 and only 150 lbs so I dont think he will have much effect on the bed. So far it has been a good bed but he also has not slept in it lol. I will update this in a few months if I remember.
Very good mattress for the money, but just a tad firmer than Id like. Came very quickly and set up was easy. I was able to sleep on it after 4 hours of expanding. 2 days later it has expanded fully with no uneven spots and fits perfectly on my queen size vintage teak platform bed. I dont have sore pressure points after a nights sleep which is great, but as stated, I wish it was just a touch on the softer side. If you like a bit of a firmer memory foam, it will be perfect for you. All in all though, definitely worth the money and very comparable to mattresses double the money. It is very similar to my boyfriends memory foam and he paid triplehis is just a touch softer.

Ive had it over a year now and I still love it but I do get a little hot and it does sag a bit in a certain spot even though I rotated on a schedule

Good but smelly
